DUN-TRADE® shows you:

• The average payment delays of each customer in the domestic market;
• The comparison with the average of each customer’s sector of activity;
• The most recent customer data in Informa D&B’s database, from sales to last year’s address;
• The number of entities that provide payment experiences about each customer.

Objectives

• Provide reliable and accurate payment information, updated monthly by participants, on their customers’ payment behaviour.
• Encourage the Portuguese business universe to take on payment commitments with responsibility and to timely meet deadlines.

How it works

Each participant sends information regarding their customers’ payments (list of open balances or map of balance age) to INFORMA D&B on a monthly basis. All data shared between each participant and Informa D&B are protected by a confidentiality agreement, signed in advance between the parties.

The information collected on each customer’s payment practices is made available on DUN-TRADE® programme’s website, where Informa D&B also provides commercial information about each of them: last year’s sales, number of employees, age, sector of activity, address and current name.
